Dothouse Digital and Event Solutions is a full-service event management and brand experience agency with a reputation for delivering impactful, high-precision events across Ghana. With a core focus on sponsorship strategy, experiential branding, and end-to-end event execution, Dothouse has successfully led campaigns across education, sports, corporate, and public sectors.
In 2019, Dothouse provided sponsorship support for the 5th UBaSSA Games, hosted by the University of Ghana, helping secure strategic partners for the event. Their involvement contributed significantly to the event’s success and laid the groundwork for deeper corporate engagement.
Building on that legacy, Dothouse returns in 2025 as the official Sponsorship and Branding Consultants for the 7th UBaSSA Games, to be hosted at KNUST from September 9–14, 2025.
Mandate:
- Sponsorship Strategy & Engagement
Designing and executing partnership frameworks, including tailored sponsorship packages and high-value partner alignments that reflect UBaSSA’s goals of youth development and community upliftment. - Branding & Identity Management
Managing the development and deployment of branding assets across digital and physical platforms - event signage, kits, promotional media, and activation zones. - Event Planning & Coordination
Supporting logistics for over 1,500 athletes and delegations, coordinating exhibitor zones, stakeholder liaison, and VIP experience design. - Media & Promotions
Leading integrated campaigns, curating sponsor visibility opportunities, and securing media partnerships to maximize event coverage and post-event impact.
